I drew and designed every part of the book myself! That includes the cover art, cover, interior design, map, and any art you see on my account (unless stated otherwise!)

Nope! I created 5 languages (so far), and I use each of them throughout the book! I included a translation page for each in the back of the book after the glossary. Adleian and Celestian aren't inspired by any languages I've seen, but Kefian was inspired by Spanish, French, and English. Saanien was inspired by many African languages since Jelle is a close neighbor and that's what I imagined their languages would stem from.

I've spent the last six years working on this book, so needless to say it is a passion project! I started this journey when I was newly thirteen and a freshman in high school! Not to worry, though, book two will not take that long!
